How it works
Getting started is simple
You do not need to have everything worked out. We will explain each step and go at your pace.
Step 1: Get in touch
Call, email or send the form. Tell us a little about you and what you are looking for.
Step 2: Visit a home
Come and see a home, meet the team and ask anything you like. Family and carers are welcome.
Step 3: Check your plan
We help you and your support coordinator check what SIL or SDA funding is in your NDIS plan.
Step 4: Settle in
We agree on your support and routines with you, then help you move in at a time that suits.
Bring whoever you want with you
Family, friends, a support coordinator — anyone whose opinion matters to you is welcome at a visit. Nobody has to decide anything on the day.
New to the NDIS?
If you are just getting started and are not sure whether you are eligible, the NDIS has a short eligibility checklist. It is free, and you do not need us to do it.
