Our team brings combined 20+ years of disability support work, house management and aged care experience.

That experience shapes how we run our homes, meet compliance requirements and plan each participant’s day, with high clinical standards and genuine empathy.

Nanak Care was founded to provide NDIS supports that are consistent, respectful and genuinely shaped around each participant.

We work with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals to make sure supports match the goals in a participant’s plan — and that they keep matching as those goals change.
